Berkshire Pork

Our Berkshire pork is sold by the whole hog, half hog, or we do offer bundles and at times, individual packages. On the whole and half hogs we charge by the live weight the morning they’re delivered to the locker for processing. The bundles we charge a flat rate per bundle. The individual packages are charged per pound. Our pork is packaged by the cut, almost always in premium vacuum sealed packaging to preserve the meat quality for freezing to help feed a family. The pigs are fed a mix of; grain, vitamins, and minerals that is perfectly mixed for their age. They also forage for grass,  roots, bugs, and just about anything else they can come across in their pasture dirt lot pens.
